“Raymond Engineering is a specialty roofing consultant that brings to any project knowledge and capability not necessarily found in a typical design firm. The professional services provided by Raymond Engineering have been excellent, and contributed to the resolution of two recent significant issues encountered on U. S. Military projects. I comment their dedication and commitment to providing quality consultant services to us, their client”

-Mr. David A Luke, PE, Vice President, Merrick & Company

“I have found that Raymond Engineering provides the highest level of professional service to our system from initial concept of the various projects through the successful closeout of the projects. They listen closely to the needs and desires of Rockdale County Schools throughout the design process, providing a quality product. The firm’s reputation for fairness with all stakeholders and the quality of their documents provides us with excellent participation and pricing during the bid process and their contract administration capabilities provide for a smooth construction phase with completion of projects on time and within budget.

-Mr. Bruce Stewart, Executive Director of Facilities & Transportation.

“We have had the opportunity of contracting with Raymond Ramos, PE, RRC of Raymond Engineering in the recent past on various projects, most notably projects for the U.S. Army Reserve Centers (USARC) contracted through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The consulting services provided by Raymond Engineering were excellent, consistently on time, and within budget. They are committed to providing quality consulting services for their clients.”

-Stafford Consulting Engineers

“Not only was this the “Every Day Matters” team, it was also a team that took pride in the old adage “Quality gets built in – NOT corrected.” Work was performed on this particular project only once because the Designer and Contractor made a clear and conscious decision to make it so and then lived up to it. Numerous pre-construction meetings and mock-ups were conducted and prepared to ensure quality expectations were met – always far in advance of the actual work activities. Budget minded, schedule drive, top quality – A great project by a great team!”

-NCSU Dan Allen Deck

“We have been internally discussing the performance of your entire team. We are very pleased with your efforts. Your submittal reviews are thorough. Your team is doing a great job of working with the field offices to get the RROs available. Your daily reports are thorough and present a very clear picture of what is occurring in the field.”

-Mr. Christopher W. Phillips, PE, COR,Project Engineer,Construction Division,Louisville District

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Adam and his efforts on our issue at FS28.  Adam has done an excellent job in keeping both the City and the contractor informed as well as mediating and keeping the progress moving on forward on the remaining contractor’s responsibilities.”

-Ms. Crystal Littlefield

“Raymond Engineering has worked very closely with our Facility Planning, Construction, and Building Maintenance Projects for well over 15 years. [They] have provided GCPS with an array of services such as inspection services, roof infra-red surveys, program analysis, roof evaluations and design/development of bid packages/construction documents. Without their technical knowledge and field expertise, we would not be able to handle the volume of work we currently have”

-Mr. Craig Woodrow, Director, Building Maintenance Department Gwinnet County Schools

“Enwright Associates was extremely happy with the roofing construction observation you performed for the M.T. Anderson Support Center, Mauldin Elementary, Bells Crossing Elementary and Woodland Elementary. We will definitely use your services on any future projects where roofing services are involved.”

-Mr. Richard Pace, PE

“Raymond Engineering supported the team that won the Gold Medal Building of America Award Status – a project that was recognized as one of the most innovative, unique and challenging construction projects in the nation by the Building of America Network. (2010) The branch was one of Gwinnett’s first green libraries with many of the features made with recycled material. The building itself is expected to require 22% percent less energy and 30% less potable water.”

-Gwinnett County Hamilton Mill Branch Library

“I can tell you there is a significant difference in the quality of workmanship. That in itself gives me more confidence that it won’t leak. Our maintenance group is very gracious to all for incorporating Raymond Engineering, Anthony Dukes, and their diligence in making sure these contractors give their best.”
