Job Duties

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across a wide array of internet connected devices such as personal computers, mobile phones, tablets, wireless devices, etc.
  • Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, workstations, network cabling, and other related devices and systems; add, upgrade, and/or configure disk drives, printers, and related equipment.
  • Conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems and other applications; assist users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems
